Hotels you can book at 18 in Chico
Being 18 shouldn't mean searching Chico for a second hotel after the first one turns you away. These hotels allow check-in at 18, so a 21-and-over age rule won't derail the room you choose. Compare room prices for your dates through the hotels' Booking links.

Chico State department tours exclude the campus tour
A general visit to California State University, Chico starts with an admissions presentation and a guided walk around campus. Those tours run on weekdays. If you also want to see the classrooms and labs used in your intended major, an academic department tour covers that part of the visit with faculty and current students.
The university offers separate reservations for the two kinds of tour. If you want both, get both appointments settled before booking an 18+ hotel for the visit. A department reservation alone leaves the general campus tour unbooked, so the room dates need to account for whichever visits you actually arrange.
