Fit your room dates around an Augusta University visit

The undergraduate campus visit includes an admissions overview and a guided walking tour of both the Health Sciences and Summerville campuses. If you're coming to decide whether to study here, register for that visit before settling on your hotel nights.

Visits are offered year-round on weekdays, with selected Saturdays during the academic year. Use the university's visit registration to find an available date that works for you, then compare room prices for that visit.

Fort Gordon requires a separate visitor pass

For a visit to this Army installation, booking an 18+ hotel settles only the room. Visitors age 18 or older who aren't Department of Defense personnel need a favorable background check and a visitor pass. They apply at the Visitor Control Center at Gate 6, off Gordon Highway.

The driver and passengers age 18 or older need a valid REAL ID. Without a REAL ID driver's license or state ID, bring two of these three documents: a Social Security card, a current passport, and a birth certificate. Sort those out before leaving for Augusta, and read the Fort Gordon visitor requirements if you're unsure which access rules apply to you.
