Greensboro short-term rentals cap adults per bedroom
Five adult friends need at least three rented bedrooms in a Greensboro residential short-term rental, even if a two-bedroom place offers extra sleeping space. The limit is two adults per rented bedroom, and the city's short-term rental definition covers stays of 30 days or less. Guests under 18 on the rental date do not count toward the cap, but you do at 18. Those are the bedrooms to price against 18+ hotels, provided the rental accepts you as the person booking it.
The same rental also limits parking to one car per rented bedroom. It keeps the dwelling's normal parking rights and any applicable community rules, so that allowance does not guarantee a space for every car. A group arriving in separate cars may need a different arrangement even when there are enough bedrooms.
PART airport rides finish earlier on Saturdays
For a stay that starts with a flight, the Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART) offers on-demand rides at Piedmont Triad International Airport. Service runs Monday through Friday from 6:15 a.m. to 9:15 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:15 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. An arrival outside those hours needs another transport plan for your first night. Sunday is outside that schedule, and holiday service can differ.
Schedule a ride through the PART On-Demand app, checking that your pickup and destination are within the service zone. That zone connects to the regional network at Coble Transportation Center. A flight landing before service ends does not guarantee you will make the ride.
PART On-Demand vehicles do not accept cash. You can prepay online, use a credit card at pickup, or pay with the Umo transit app or smartcard. Cash can be loaded onto Umo at Coble Transportation Center. For an airport pickup, have an accepted payment method ready when boarding; loading cash at Coble is a separate step at the transportation center.
